Who this group is for
20 year olds with symptoms of depression, anxiety, or PTSD who have not learned how to identify negative thought patterns and engage in positive behavior to combat negative thought patterns.
What to expect
We will meet for 2 hours each week and practice 2 skills each week and check in around last weeks skill and answer questions that have arisen throughout the week.
